day 2 with no real pain in the back or neck ...just some numb and tingly fingers....im gonna spend less time picking and more time writing for now...i just cant do it..my forearm starts killing me after one song...

I haven't taken any pain meds all day and I have no pain. Must be good clean living

lazy saturday

i got a new video posted today....some people just push the boundaries of sheer belief....just hanging out with my kids today....got back on facebook...im sick of playing cat and mouse...can we all just be adults..

neurosurgeon

I am being referred to a neurosurgeon with a bulging disc in my neck...they are thinking steroids or possibly surgery...either way I got to get this fixed...playing the guitar is killing me...my whole left arm is numb and painful and tingly and just out there.....i have to take long breaks and only play for a little while before i have to put it down...i would kill to be 18 again...lol

doctor visit
